Subject: REALLY Fishing!!
I wanted to let you know your Banjo Minnows came in the mail today at 3:00 P.M. and Dad came home at 4:30. I really wanted to try out your minnows but was afraid to ask dad to take me, cause we NEVER catch anything and he gets tired of sitting around. So, I sat at the table and showed him what I got and he thought it was just another FAKE, sucker product....but he smirked, shook his head and took me at 6:30 P.M.. By 7:30 I had caught 12 Bass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked , even Dad was amazed! There is a fishing tournament in 2 weeks and my Banjo Minnows and I are going to go fishing. Who knows...DAD might even take me!
Thanks for this great fishing product! It makes fishing F U N !!

Subject: great lure
Sorry, no pics but what a great lure. I went up to a lake in the Adirondack thats got lot big largemouth bass, tons of northern pike, some small-mouth bass, supposedly walleye (it gets stocked but never caught, probably eaten), and rumored to have tiger muskies (never caught). We had been fishing for 1 hr with no luck on spinners, cranks, even live minnows when I decided to tie on a 3 in original minnow, before I got the 006. On my first cast, I sent it towards the shore were a fallen tree was half in the water and BAM. On the first Cast, I got a decent 12-15 in bass. Some others in the boat, who had fished the lake many times before, while this was my first time, thought it was just luck and continued to fish with their lures. So, a little while later, I get another one so they started to use them. Now I use them a ton but my friend, whose fished the lake since he was 3, won't buy them because he thinks it is TOO EASY. I think he can't concede to the fact that I, on my first trip to the lake, found the best lure to use while he had been trying for years.
Thanks a ton and keep making more.

Hello,
My name is Captain Judd Berman. I run a fishing charter out of Boston, MA. I recently used your minnows on a Striper trip. They killed the fish. I'm a true believer in them now. I always thought they were a gimmick. Now I know they're not.
I'm wondering if you offer any types of discounts for charter captains. I'd be looking to buy them in bulk. Please let me know.
Tight Lines,
Capt. Judd Berman

Subject: Devin Poff
This is Devin Poff, age 12, a fisherman since he was able to hold a fishing pole, and one of the largest big mouth bass he has caught. But there's a story..... He lives to watch fishing and hunting shows.
He saw your fishing show demonstrating Banjo Minnows, this was a few days before Gander Mountain opened in Roanoke, VA. So, opening day he was with his MiMi and Grandpaul. He begged, pleaded and drove them absolutely CRAZY until they went and got the Banjo MInnow complete fishing system. It came with a video on how to use the minnows that he truly watched no less than 10 times! Over and Over and Over.
That weekend we went to Douthat Lake, VA along with his cousin. On the ride there he drilled his cousin on the proper technique to use the minnows. He talked the whole way there about the benefits of the Banjo Minnow and he knew he was going to catch a big one !!
So, after awhile Devin had his first trout.... (shown below) then his second. His cousin, nor any of the other adults there caught a thing. (we were using worms).
Obviously, Banjo Minnows do work !! Especially after you perfect the Banjo Minnow technique as he has done. THATS ALL HE FISHES WITH NOW.
He has became a great spokes person around our area for these lures. He has sent several MEN to Gander Mountain to make their purchases after watching him real them in .Devin wanted to share his experience and complete satisfaction with you and your Banjo Minnows !!!!
(you can see the minnow still hanging from his line)

my name is justin todd. i wrote y'all, i think monday, telling ya'll the sucess that i had with your banjo minnow. i took the ol rod and reel back out to the pond the next day to see if it might have been a fluke. monday i caught 4 good sized fish with one being around 5 lbs. well you know that fishing is called fishing because you never know if you will catch anything. with the banjo minnow the phrase should be catching. tuesday i took the banjo minnow to she same pond and ended up with 6 good sized bass with the biggest being 4.5 lbs. wednesday came around and i just could not wait to get off work to go fishing. i didn't have long but in 30 min i pulled up 3 bass.not realy big ones but it would been a great meal if i would have kept them. well i have taken up too much of your time thanks again for such a great lure. this monday coming i am going to a pond that i have "NEVER" caught anything out of. i really don't even know if anything is there, but i am going to put the banjo to the test.
thanks again

Hi Wayne,
I love the banjo minnow. Last summer I caught at least 300 fish and probably caught half on a banjo minnow .
I can't wait to try out the 006 minnow. I will probably catch twice as many than I did with the regular one.

Hey Mike and Wayne,
I have been a long time freshwater fisherman and I have had success with your product for all types of gamefish. After a long layoff from fishing I have begun trying my luck with saltwater fishing and have once again used the Banjo with great success. I have used the original, minnow with eyes, VR, and now 006 minnow to land striped bass and bluefish in record numbers. I have so thoroughly outfished my partners in recreational and charter fishing that I have converted all of them to throwing your bait. My most enjoyable moment of the past year was landing a 45 inch striper from a kayak on light freshwater tackle. This fish was taken on a 5 inch VR Banjo Minnow with realistic silver color / yellow head. The stripers like a pretty fast, noisy, and violent retrieve that frequently breaks the surface of the water. The Bluefish hit it no matter how I fish it! We consistently produce large catches of saltwater fish on any of the white, silver, blue, or green colored minnows I have stocked into my box. Here are a couple pictures from the summer of 2007. You'll be hearing from us for a new order this year coming up!

Subject: Just bought Banjo Minnows
Wayne,
I just purchased my set of Banjo Minnows from Bass Pro Shops in Denver, CO.
I watched the video and wanted to share with you my story. I am a 19 year old, I was born and raised in Colorado and since I can remember I have loved to fish! The house I grew up in was located in between two SMALL pounds that contained sunfish, and large mouth bass. When I was about 5 or so my dad used to take me to the closet pound, which was about a car length wide, and two car length's long. We would use cheese or ham and caught sunfish all day long, but as soon as I was hold enough to start going to this pound by myself I started seeing other fishermen catch larger fish, and I wanted to catch those too! It turns out these fish were large month bass!
It was not long until I started buying my own lures and learning how to catch these bass, but I never had very much success until one summer day I was walking along the shore line of this lake and found a single Banjo Minnow. I used this soft plastic and quickly found myself catching more and larger bass! Since then I have learned tons about bass fishing as well as North Pike and Muskie. I never was able to find Banjos Minnows until a couple days ago when I took my dad to the Bass Pro Shop to spend some of his giftcards.
I was so excited when I saw the Banjo Minow kit that I quickly grabbed one to call all my own! I now find myself waiting for the water to warm and the ice to melt so that I am able to start the season off right this year!
Well I look forward to my next email which I will hopefully be able to include a picture of a large bass or even Pike, although those are rare and far in between here in Colorado and especially hard to catch without a boat!
Take care, and continue to create amazing products!
Thank you!!
Respectfully,
Trevor Kohlhepp
