Subject: Snapping Turtles

Hello, I tried the banjo minnow and didn,t have any luck with it for about 45 minutes. Not a hit, so i moved down the lake about 100 yds. and WHAM! BAM! I was in hog heaven. 4 bass in about 15 minutes, biggest one was 19 inches.. Another thing, you didn't mention in your tv ad that it would catch snapping turtles also. It does, believe me.

Hi Mr. Wayne,
I've first seen your product on tv during one of my teenage summers. Now i'm in my late 20s and finally have tried your product. I must say, it is the best lure i've ever had. I dont know why I waited for so long to purchase one. Needless to say, I caught the biggest bass i've ever caught. It's about 16"!!! Thanks so much for having such a fantastic lure that allow fishing enthusias like myself to fish like the pro. Harry

Subject: Banjo is the BEST!!!

Hello Wayne,

I live here, close to the Salton Sea in Southern California...and I've been fishing the Banjo Minnow for about 12 years now...I've always believed in it and have been a loyal customer...but enough about that...Just wanted to let you know that the Banjo has caught me the most fish, the biggest fish, the fastest results, and is THE most exciting lure out there...you know, there's many reviews for this excellent bait saying that it's a terrible bait, to not buy it and all sorts of nonsense, however I really hope that people test this for themselves and see the results..."It's all in your hands!" I don't use ANYTHING else..It's either Banjos or nightcrawlers for channel cats and tilapia in the Salton Sea.

Anyway, 3 years ago I was fishing a shallow end of a near-by lake and WHAM!-5 pound Bass...I was shaking in excitement...it was only about my second cast...I had no camera, nothing to record my experience...luckily my wife was there to see THE biggest bass that I have caught to date. I was using the slow-dying-jerking retrieve. I usually use this retrieve even when they're hungry and active. I have had much success around the evening hours before sundown when the bass are about 20-25 ft. off shore and slowly getting closer.

This past Spring I was catching crappie like nothing with the 3" minnow...considering the water color, I was using a ligter minnow(blue back & pearl white) I caught a few even with the 4". This picture is of the biggest crappie I caught in a little pond called Kate's Lake. I would let it sink and start to twitch it and caught them one after the other...but with this Crappie I felt a tighter tug.

This Bass is from a little lagoon caught just after sunset. I had heard from another fisherman that the bass was hard to catch because it was too fixated on its egg bed. I was stubborn and wanted to catch it(I released it unharmed) and after the third hooking, I finally landed it. This is the second biggest bass that I've landed. I've caught bigger but didn't land them.

Because I could no longer see the bass in the water I thought that(in the second hooking) it was a giant crappie.

You can see the pearl white 4" minnow haning from its mouth. I was so proud!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the BEST lure EVER!

Keep up the great work!!! -Loyal Banjo minnow customer PS you're welcome share these stories and pics with other customers

Subject: Great product!

I'm just emailing to let you all know how great of a product you have! I literally have been skunked every year and came home at the end of the day with nothing. But now I have my revenge. Ever since I bought the banjo 006 minnow there isn't a day I don't catch bass. The thing is, I have no boat and only fish off shore but no worries, I catch fish where other people don't and these aren't guppies. I'm proud to say that today I caught my biggest large mouth bass weighing 5 pounds 6 ounces right off the dock! I can't tell you how happy I was to reel that lunker in.

You truly have made the king of realistic bass lures. Bravo! All I can think is, I can't wait to go fishing tomorrow. I've attached a few pictures of my proud catches Thanks so much!

i just want to say thanks for the great product. you see fishing is something i learned from my dad when i was about 6 or 7, over the years dad stopped fishing. i am 19 and turning 20 on sep 5th. i recently moved back home an started rebuilding a torn relationship with my father. This year is the first time he has had a fishing license since i was a little kid. we started bass fishing this year and it has brought us so much closer an we are becoming more of a father son team.when we ordered a set of your lures it was just one more father son skeam to stay out on the lake as much as possible.and it worked 100%. the lures are amazing, and to me they are more then lures they are just one more tool me and the ol man can use to spend more time together so i just wanted to say thanks so much.

Subject: Dying minnow...

I love the banjo minnow. I could write pages about it. I've had 3 kits myself and have ordered additional kits for my dad and my brother-in-law. I bought my first kit in 1996. And I can say with absolute certainty, it works. In almost any conditions, with all predatory freshwater fish. The best part in those early days was seeing the disbelief on peoples' faces when I was outfishing them with an infomercial lure. Haha. After reading your section on "techniques", though, I felt I had to add my two cents. In a couple places you talk about the "dying minnow" as if it's a lesser technique. I think you're making a mistake. Your customers should know how effective that technique is. I've caught monsters letting the banjo minnow just sink and then working the bottom. Even when others in the boat weren't catching anything. Stop calling this technique boring. It's super easy to learn and master. And nothing is more boring than catching nothing. AS

I recentely purchased the banjo minnow 110pc kit, I can't believe how good i did with these lures. I was very wary of even buying them, then i didn't even think I would use them, but today i caught 5 largemouth bass over 3lb, 2 over 5lb, and one that was any where between 7lb to 8lbs. Not to count the number of bass that were smaller and the striped bass i caught as well

Hello,
I am only 15 years old and ever since the banjo minnow has came out i have always wanted to try it out! Well not long ago i got the banjo minnow for a present and i fell in love! My first day trying it(actually my first throw) i had a fish on my line! I had to fight it for almost 20 minutes it was so big!when i got it in it was a 25 pound blue channel catfish! It was HUGE!! I was so excited cause i have never caught a fish so big! But i was also dissapointed cause he swallowed my glow in the dark banjo minnow! But that was ok! Ever since that i have used the banjo minnow! I have had such good luck with this lure.I like it so much that that is the only thing i ever use! I always out-fish my dad when i never did! But here is the picture of it! I would of been holding it but i dont like catfish!

Subject: 6 pound bass in SC

I just recently purchased the banjo minnow 006 kit and a few extra parts after seeing the add on t.v. over several years. I finally did a little online research and I learned that many people just loved it. So I bought the system and watched the DVD that teaches you how to use it. The second time out with the banjo minnow I hooked the biggest bass I have ever caught (over 6 pounds) in South Carolina. The suprise is that I have been fishing this same little pond often and hard for about a year and always catch a few small bass, but had know idea there are lunkers in it. This lure system works and I am sure that I will break my personal record again very soon!!! Thanks for the great product Wayne.

Wayne,
My minnow wasn't working at first then you helped me and I did the little twist of the hook. It really does work. Four fish in fifteen minutes. Two LM Bass and two black crappie. I was fishing in bout 3 feet of water and a crappie hit. Usually I catch crappie in deeper water. This thing must have seen it from far off and the minnow made it so mad it had to come up and hit it and hard. I have not caught any big fish yet. I just wanted to tell how right you are.

Subject: Big bass!

Hey,
I purchased your lures about three weeks ago. I was excited to use the lures, but when I tried to watch the DVD, it didn't work. I decided I would try them reguardless, and I was very disappointed they didn't work. I wrote a pretty rude e-mail to the company complaining about how my lures sucked and so they offered to send me a new DVD. I watched it as soon as I got it in the mail. I then realized that I was rigging the lure incorrectly, and the lure was much more lifelike when rigged properly. The little twist of the hook makes ALL the difference. I started catching a few bass a day, but nothing extraordinary. After a few days, though, I finally caught the big one! I caught an 8 1/2 pound largemouth, which is the second biggest bass I've ever caught in the 19 years I've been fishing. All I could think about was how right you are and how wrong I was. I was so excited I called all my friends and told them they had to try some of my new banjo minnows for themselves. I'll be sending pictures of my bass soon. Thanks again Wayne. You're the man!

Subject: Any kind of fish

I always go boating and fishing with friends and they were teasing me about the banjo minnow kit my wife ordered me from TV. I hooked a giant catfish at Lake Anna and got it to the boat before it broke the line. One week ago we went camping on the eastern shore in Virginia. I didn't think to use the banjo in salt water until no one was catching anything. I put on a banjo and everyone laughed until after the third cast something huge hit and ran away with the line. After a very hard fight we saw a giant stingray on the end of the line. The line broke again. After rigging up again I hooked something else hit and it ran away!

The only thing I need to do now is get line they can't break!

Dear Wayne,
My name is Greg Cole. I have recently purchased your Banjo 006 Minnow and I have got to tell you it is making my tackle box full of artificial lures and rapalas almost obsolete.. I just went out fishing this mourning and I live on the St. Lawrence river in northern NY, and I was using the 6" or 5" pearl color minnow (red weighted eyes). On my second cast I hooked in to a very nice 32" northern pike. It was a beautiful fish. Then right about my sixth cast is when it happened. I hooked in to a 9lb largemouth, biggest I have ever caught. He was real fussy though, took me under the dock, then into heavy cabbage, but then I finally pulled him out of the water and I was in awe, all cause of the Banjo 006 Minnow. I have been fishing this spot since opening day for bass here in NY and I have not caught anything over 5lbs. Thanks to your Banjo 006 Minnow I will have something to brag about all weekend. So what I'm really trying to say is Thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience the Banjo Minnow.
